Early Childhood Teacher – New Centre Opening

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art early learning centre in Albany Creek and are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join the founding teaching team. You will help shape the centre’s culture, inspire curiosity and provide high‑quality, play‑based education for children in your studio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a studio using intentional, play‑rich and inquiry‑based teaching approaches.
• Champion children’s voices, rights, cultures and identities in daily practice.
• Plan, document and assess learning outcomes aligned with EYLF v2.0 and QKLG.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with the Educational Leader and teaching team to maintain a stimulating learning environment.
• Support transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.
• Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
• Passion for creating rich learning environments and fostering children’s curiosity.
