Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Little Miracles is looking for passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers to join its community. The position is full time and permanent, based in the Niagara Park centre, with a salary of $40.21-$51.26. The centre follows a child-driven approach to early years learning, with consistent routines in the 2-5yrs rooms and individual routines for babies in the 0-2yrs room.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and create learning experiences around their interests
• Keep the centre environment developmentally appropriate for children
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs regularly
• Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment
• Work in a supportive, collaborative team
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety

Required profile

• An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Passion for teaching and dedication to helping every child reach their potential
