Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Nido Early School is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join its Long Gully campus. You will work with children, families and colleagues to create engaging, Reggio Emilia‑inspired learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set learning goals with children, families and colleagues that provide achievable challenges for every child.
• Role‑model educational practices aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Support educators to help children develop identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
• Design diverse and engaging learning environments that spark curiosity and wonder.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
• Alignment to the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy.
• Valid Teacher Registration.
• Willingness to complete the federally mandated National Child Safety Training if not already done.
