Early Childhood Educator / Teacher – Full‑time & Part‑time Roles

About the role

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is expanding its new Mount Pritchard service and is looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators and Teachers. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the centre’s child‑safe philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an inclusive educational program that supports children’s wellbeing and lifelong love of learning.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to promote intentional teaching, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
• Build respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Maintain accurate records, conduct program evaluations, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold a safe, healthy environment for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Care, or a Diploma/Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved provider.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (preferred) and a valid Working with Children Check.
• Commitment to child‑safe and inclusive practices.
