Early Childhood Educator & Leadership Roles in Western Sydney

About the role

Montessori Academy is seeking passionate early childhood professionals to join its Western Sydney centres. Opportunities include Room Assistant, Room Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, and Centre Director positions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Montessori‑based early learning experiences for children under six.
• Plan and implement daily programmes aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and ensure compliance with the National Regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families to support children’s holistic development.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement of centre practices.

Required profile

• Relevant early childhood qualifications (Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching degree) or currently studying towards one.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Montessori teaching principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
