Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Holder Early Learning Centre. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and involves delivering high‑quality care and education to children in a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement age‑appropriate learning activities that support children’s development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, record, and communicate children’s progress to families and team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the centre’s policies and safeguarding standards.
• Participate in required training and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current Paid ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
• Availability for full‑time hours (7:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, 76 hrs per fortnight).
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety, First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Geccko Child Safety, and ACT Keeping Children Safe certifications if not already held.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early childhood curriculum frameworks and child safety legislation.
• Ability to follow and implement centre policies and internal training modules.
