EAP Clinician

About the role

Assure Programs, part of the APM Group, is recruiting a part-time EAP Clinician based in West Perth, WA. The role supports organisations by providing mental health support, guidance and intervention to help reduce mental health challenges that affect employee retention and productivity.

Required profile

• Psychology qualification with current registration.
• Desirable: experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, and workplace behaviour coaching.
• Experience working with couples and adolescents.

Required skills

• Proactive and engaging approach to organisational customers.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate them confidently with organisational customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EAP services to organisational customers.
• Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate while engaging with organisational customers and individual clients.
