Dry Goods Voice Picker – AM Shift

About the role

We are looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join a leading national food distribution company in its busy Dry Goods warehouse. The role is an ongoing casual position with full‑time hours on the AM shift, based in Huntingwood, Sydney. You will use voice‑guided technology to pick and assemble grocery items efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform voice‑guided picking of dry goods, grocery, alcohol and tobacco products.
• Operate ride‑on electric pallet jacks to move pallets.
• Build, shrink‑wrap and label pallets for dispatch.
• Handle manual loads up to 22 kg while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience with voice picking systems (essential).
• Experience operating ride‑on electric pallet jacks (essential).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexible start times between 5:00 am and 9:00 am.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
