Driver Training Lead (MC) – Full‑time

About the role

Fenix Resources Ltd is expanding its mining operations in Western Australia and needs a skilled leader to drive the development of its MC driver workforce. As the Driver Training Lead you will design and execute the training strategy for both new and existing MC drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and maintain a high‑standard training programme for experienced MC hires.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day development of the current driver workforce.
• Lead and mentor a team of Driver Trainers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new trucks and drivers as the fleet grows.

Required profile

• Current holder of an MC driver’s licence.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (minimum requirement).
• Minimum three years’ experience driving road trains.
• Proven track record delivering hands‑on training to MC drivers.
• Ability to design, implement and continuously improve driver training programmes.

• Road‑train operation (3+ years)
