About the role
A community care team in Adelaide is looking for a Domestic Assistant to provide home care domestic services, keeping clients' living spaces clean, comfortable and welcoming. The position is casual.
Key responsibilities
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Laundry and making beds
- Cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
- Completing client notes
Required profile
- National police clearance
- Manual handling certificate
- COVID and flu vaccinations
- SA driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Reasonable fitness for kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 10kg and standing or sitting for long periods
- Excellent communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn; cleaning or care work experience is preferred
