About the role

Homewell is expanding its team of Domestic Assistants to support aged‑care clients across Melbourne's Western Suburbs. You will provide essential cleaning and household support, helping clients maintain safe, comfortable homes while fostering community connections.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Make beds and change linen
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens
• Hang, fold and iron laundry
• Dust surfaces throughout the home
• Assist clients with community access as needed

Required profile

• Compassionate, friendly and people‑focused
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred experience in aged care or housekeeping
• Police clearance
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a valid Victorian driver licence
