Domain Lead – Automation Lead

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Domain Lead – Automation Lead to drive quality engineering and testing delivery for healthcare applications and digital transformation initiatives. Based in Brisbane, the role will partner with business stakeholders, clinical subject‑matter experts and technology teams to ensure robust, compliant, and high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering and testing delivery across healthcare, enterprise platforms and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with clinical SMEs, product owners and technology teams to understand workflows, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Define and implement test strategies, quality gates, acceptance criteria and release‑readiness processes.
• Execute end‑to‑end testing activities including SIT, UAT, integration, regression and production validation for patient, provider and clinical applications.
• Validate critical healthcare processes such as patient care, care management, provider management, clinical data exchange and electronic health records.
• Establish quality governance, KPI‑driven reporting, dashboards and executive status updates to monitor release health.
• Perform risk‑based testing and quality assessments to ensure compliance and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality engineering and testing initiatives in the healthcare domain.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business requirements into testable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
