District Sales Manager - Northern Sydney

About the role

We are seeking a passionate District Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Northern Sydney, from the Northern Beaches to Hornsby. This full‑time permanent position is based in Sydney and focuses on building a high‑performance culture, coaching the team, and driving volume growth for both customers and CCEP.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and track KPIs, financial targets, and business unit scores, holding yourself and the team accountable.
• Implement customer‑specific channel and sales strategies, ensuring compliance with trading terms.
• Conduct in‑field route rides, gather structured feedback, and deliver training sessions.
• Develop and support Individual Development Plans for team members.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners (e.g., EQS) and external regional managers to fulfil customer commitments.
• Apply Customer Centric Selling techniques (BAFs, Buyer Styles, LEAP, Simple Selling) to identify and activate growth opportunities.
• Promote safe practices and foster an inclusive, diverse team environment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and negotiation.
• Ability to coach, develop, and drive accountability within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with PICOS (Picture of Success) and Battlegrounds data tools.
• Experience applying Customer Centric Selling (CCS) principles.
