About the role

MinterEllison is seeking a disputes lawyer with 2-5 years post‑qualification experience to join its busy construction disputes practice in Melbourne. The role focuses on litigation and dispute resolution for construction and infrastructure projects across Victoria and interstate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation and dispute resolution matters in the construction sector.
• Engage directly with clients, providing advice and updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to team strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.

Required profile

• 2-5 years PQE with solid dispute resolution experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong advocacy, drafting ability and attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
