Dispatcher – Warehouse & Delivery Coordination

About the role

The Dispatcher will ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched within required timelines. You will coordinate driver routes, oversee warehouse processes and maintain a safe, efficient working environment to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and ready customer orders for dispatch, meeting all deadlines.
• Assign and plan efficient driver routes to optimise resource utilisation.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring procedures are followed correctly.
• Receive and put away supplier deliveries, reporting any shortages or damaged stock.
• Support a rolling stock‑taking programme to keep inventory accurately located.
• Help maintain a clean and safe workplace.
