Dispatch Clerk – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Dispatch Clerk to join our Moorebank hub. In this full‑time position you will support day‑to‑day dispatch and transport operations, working closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure freight moves smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process dispatch documentation and system transactions accurately.
• Coordinate freight, container receivals and dispatch activities.
• Prepare delivery, release and transport documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
• Communicate with drivers, transport providers and customers.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and provide operational updates.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Support compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, administration or customer service (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high data‑entry accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Reliable team player committed to safety.
