About the role
Join Cerebral Palsy Alliance as a Casual Disability Support Practitioner, providing person‑centred support to adults living in group homes and community settings across the Central Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, meals, medication and daily routines.
- Encourage skill‑building, independence and decision‑making.
- Support community engagement, social connections and transport, including use of CPA vans.
- Follow individual support plans with empathy and professionalism.
Required profile
- Passion for empowering people with disability.
- Can‑do attitude and growth mindset.
- Valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum P2).
- Physical ability to support mobility or transfers.
- Availability for at least 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours) across varied shift times.
Required skills
- Ability to travel between Wyong, Long Jetty and Umina.
- Experience or willingness to work with disability support plans.
