About the role
The Director – Skills Delivery provides strategic leadership, coordination and expert policy advice for vocational education and training (VET) in the Northern Territory. This senior position is responsible for shaping a skilled and capable workforce across the Territory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of VET policies and strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑agency initiatives to enhance skills delivery.
- Provide expert advice to senior government officials on workforce development.
- Oversee the delivery of programmes that build a skilled Territory workforce.
Required profile
- Senior Administrative Officer 2 level or equivalent experience.
- Extensive background in vocational education and training policy.
- Proven strategic leadership and coordination capabilities.

What we offer
- Remuneration package of $179,451 – $195,425 per year (including base salary $152,751 – $166,487).
