About the role
Sodexo is seeking experienced Dining Room Leading Hands & Supervisors for a full‑time FIFO position on a 2‑week on/1‑week off roster in Western Australia. You will coordinate dining room food and cleaning services while supporting the team on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all dining room food services and cleaning operations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management to maintain high‑quality service.
- Lead, coach, mentor and recognise direct reports to foster a strong people culture.
- Provide hands‑on support and solve problems as they arise in a remote, extreme‑environment setting.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full working rights.
- Ability to complete pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
- Strong food safety knowledge.
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Good level of fitness for 11‑hour shifts in extreme environments.
