Digital Project Manager

About the role

VML is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementation, digital transformation, and ongoing support. You will work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of CX and digital projects, overseeing plans, budgets, timelines, resources and risks.
• Coordinate designers, developers, business analysts and technology partners.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate progress, risks and issues proactively.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, driving solutions forward.
• Support content management, CRM and marketing technology projects and improve workflows.

Required profile

• Project management experience within a creative, digital or technology agency.
• Experience delivering digital, CX, website or platform implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient and able to manage projects independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Experience with CRM or marketing technology platforms.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
