Digital Product Manager for My 7‑Eleven App

About the role

Join the Digital Experience Design Chapter within the Enhance Loyalty squad and help shape the future of the My 7‑Eleven app. You will drive the app’s evolution as part of 7‑Eleven’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and prioritize the digital product backlog and roadmap for specific app features and journeys.
• Collaborate with the Enhance Loyalty squad to align sprint goals and quarterly objectives with the overall product strategy.
• Identify improvement opportunities, use data‑driven insights to inform decisions, and participate in product discovery activities.
• Partner with Digital Squads to understand current and future features and communicate business value to downstream teams.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed product manager with experience in large, digitally led, customer‑first organisations.
• Proven track record of building and launching high‑quality consumer apps.
• Experience tracking product performance, diagnosing issues and recommending improvements.
• Familiarity with agile product management methodologies and eCommerce/omnichannel environments is a plus.
