Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chrysos is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate the adoption of its PhotonAssay™ technology in the global mining sector. You will craft and deliver targeted content that guides prospects through the awareness, consideration, and decision stages, turning interest into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn (paid and organic), website, blogs, webinars, events and print media.
• Adapt core business messages for different channels and audience segments.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with accurate, engaging content.
• Support event coordination, including conferences, webinars and promotional activities.
• Build, deploy and analyse email campaigns using HubSpot, managing mailing lists, workflows and basic automation.
• Run and evaluate paid advertising campaigns when strategically appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales to nurture leads and follow‑up on campaign performance.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical messages into clear, compelling content.
• Proven track record of working cross‑functionally with sales, product and design teams.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
