Digital Marketing Specialist (Email & SMS Campaigns)

About the role

A recruiter is working with a well-known organisation in Sydney that needs a Digital Marketing Executive to support its marketing team on an initial 3-month contract. The role is part-time, 3 days per week, and involves hands-on delivery of on-brand email and SMS campaigns, from brief through to execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, on-brand email and SMS campaigns
• Work with internal stakeholders to turn briefs into live campaigns
• Coordinate briefs, content and approvals
• Test campaigns, check audiences and ensure accuracy
• Manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
• Report on campaign performance and identify improvements

Required profile

• Previous experience building and delivering email and/or SMS marketing campaigns
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and content editing skills
• Good eye for design, imagery, layout and brand presentation
• Confident coordinating with stakeholders and reporting results

Required skills

• Highly desirable: hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio and MobileConnect
• Experience using Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation
