Digital Marketing Officer (Remote, Brisbane-based)

About the role

An award-winning recruitment agency is recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Officer for a purpose-driven organisation making a difference across Australia. This is a temporary ongoing position with immediate start, primarily remote, with the team meeting in person every second Tuesday in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website updates and content using WordPress
• Build and distribute digital communications and email campaigns
• Support marketing automation and customer journey development
• Assist with SEO and SEM implementation
• Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns across Google and social platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Maintain digital reporting dashboards and analytics
• Keep digital channels compliant, accessible and user-focused

Required profile

• Previous experience in a digital marketing role
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
