Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media Specialist)

About the role

Hybrid, an award-winning global marketing agency specialising in higher education and part of EAB, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media Specialist) in Sydney. The role involves building and optimising campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic, managing six-figure budgets and growing into a cross-channel performance specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic.
• Manage client budgets and make decisions that maximise performance and ROI.
• Turn data into strategy, spot opportunities and recommend improvements to campaign results.
• Build client relationships, present performance and insights and take campaigns from brief to delivery, including planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
• Test new ideas, audiences and creative approaches.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience planning, managing and optimising PPC campaigns.
• Strong experience across multiple paid media platforms, ideally in an agency environment.
• Confidence managing large client accounts and budgets.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong communication skills with clients.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking and troubleshooting.
• Paid search, paid social, display and programmatic campaign management.
