Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager

About the role

This position sits within a well‑established health, beauty and wellbeing business that is rapidly expanding its digital and eCommerce footprint. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will operate as a solo owner of the digital growth function, driving strategy and execution across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of the online marketplace and brand websites, improving traffic, conversion, average order value and repeat purchase rates.
• Lead digital media investment across paid social, search, programmatic and affiliate channels, with full accountability for ROI and attribution.
• Manage CRM activities, including database growth, segmentation, automated lifecycle journeys and loyalty programmes to boost retention.
• Develop and execute the digital promotional calendar, briefing creative teams and guiding campaign assets.
• Drive organic visibility and continuously improve CRO/UX across all digital properties.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Customer Service and the retail/clinic network to ensure digital initiatives complement broader business goals.
• Contribute to overall digital strategy and commercial planning alongside the Head of Digital.

Required profile

• Experience in a product‑based business, preferably within health, beauty, wellbeing or related consumer sectors.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and eCommerce with strong commercial and analytical acumen.
• Confident in owning a standalone function without a direct team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across diverse business units.
• Desire to step up into a high‑impact, high‑visibility role.
