Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Perth Bears are launching a new NRL club and need a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to translate strategy into execution. You will manage integrated campaigns, digital platforms, CRM activities and stakeholder communications to drive membership growth, fan engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across membership, ticketing, merchandise, partnerships, events and community initiatives.
• Manage marketing workflows, timelines, approvals and deliverables, maintaining an integrated marketing calendar.
• Oversee CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, customer journeys and audience segmentation.
• Support digital campaign delivery on website, email, social media and partner channels.
• Collaborate with content creators to align creative output with marketing and commercial goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reporting, insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination or marketing operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with project management or workflow tools.
