Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy for InterContinental Perth City Centre, driving brand awareness, revenue growth and market share across accommodation, meetings, events and the hotel’s three food and beverage venues.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing plan and budget, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, partnerships and OTA listings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Food & Beverage and IHG regional teams to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Executive, fostering a high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing or Brand Management, preferably in hotel, agency or travel sectors.
• Unlimited and unrestricted working rights for Australia.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media channels.
• Experience with CRM platforms and content creation for online channels.
• Project management and senior stakeholder relationship skills.
