Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

PeopleIN is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Engineering, Trades and Labour division. Working closely with a fast‑moving marketing manager, you will help shape and execute digital campaigns that showcase the critical industries building Australia and the talent behind them.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the social content strategy across multiple brands, creating engaging posts for clients and candidates.
• Design sales‑enablement resources to support business development.
• Launch targeted database and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise website performance.
• Run paid lead‑generation activities on social media, SEM and other digital channels.
• Analyse campaign data to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Manage digital platforms such as Google My Business, Google Analytics and SEM/LLM tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support internal and external communications for PeopleIN.

Required profile

• Creative and organised individual who enjoys taking ideas from concept to campaign.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proven experience running multi‑channel digital lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong eye for design with solid Canva skills.
• Comfortable filming and editing video content and reels.
• Experience managing website CMS and database/email marketing tools.
