Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

PeopleIN is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Engineering, Trades and Labour division. You will work closely with a fast‑moving Marketing Manager, helping to turn ideas into live campaigns across multiple workforce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the social content strategy for a portfolio of brands, creating engaging posts for clients and candidates.
• Design sales‑enablement resources that support business development.
• Launch targeted database and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise company websites.
• Run paid lead‑generation activities on social media, SEM and other digital channels.
• Analyse performance data to identify improvements.
• Manage digital platforms such as Google My Business, Google Analytics and SEM/LLM tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support PeopleIN with internal and external communications.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proven ability to launch multi‑channel lead‑gen campaigns and create content.
• Creative, organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Confidence in filming and editing video content and reels.
