Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This is a hands‑on position focused on performance‑driven digital marketing across ABN Group’s portfolio of brands. You will work within a centralised team to turn audience attention into measurable actions, gaining experience with a range of mar‑tech tools and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, email journeys and other digital assets.
• Manage briefs and projects for multiple brands using Monday.com workflows.
• Maintain and optimise Marketing Cloud journeys and troubleshoot mar‑tech issues.
• Conduct campaign audits, apply UTM frameworks and contribute to post‑campaign analysis.
• Develop copy for websites, emails and social channels with a results‑oriented focus.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of digital marketing experience with a strong grasp of performance drivers across websites, email, SEO, UX and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear, plain English.
• Excellent project‑management skills and attention to detail while handling multiple briefs.
• Strong copywriting ability and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms.
• Comfort with workflow tools such as Monday.com.
• Hands‑on experience with Zapier, Everest and Microsoft Clarity.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
