Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Vicinity is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Chadstone Marketing Team. You will help design, launch and optimise digital campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels, ensuring a seamless and high‑performing experience for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and delivering post‑campaign reports.
• Create and manage on‑brand content for the website, app, eDMs, social media and online directories.
• Support paid media initiatives, including SEO, SEM and always‑on programs, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate digital requests from centre teams and national marketing, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyse campaign data, provide actionable insights and continuously optimise to meet KPIs.
• Stay informed on emerging digital trends, competitor activity and platform updates to enhance strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accurate, on‑brand content.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, creative and technical teams.
