Digital Marketing Account Manager (On-site)

About the role

BAMBRICK, one of Queensland's largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to support its work with hundreds of customers across many industries, including well-known Brisbane and Australian brands. The role is office-based in the Brisbane CBD and suits someone who wants to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. No digital marketing agency experience is required; advertising and marketing experience is welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients, in person at the Brisbane CBD office or by video conference, about 30% of the time
• Plan campaign strategy with the internal team of digital marketing specialists, about 10% of the time
• Coordinate campaigns by phone and email, about 30% of the time
• Deliver monthly and quarterly progress reports, about 15% of the time
• Answer client queries and educate them on their campaigns and digital marketing trends, about 15% of the time

Required profile

• Positive attitude, hard-working, focused and organised
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Comfortable using a computer and a desire to learn
• Ability to work full-time in the Brisbane CBD office
• Agency or client management experience is a plus, as is data/analytics experience on digital marketing platforms

The agency manages search engine optimisation, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
