Digital Experience Transformation Lead

About the role

You will lead the overhaul of a complex, multi‑site digital ecosystem that has grown through acquisitions across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. The focus is on turning a tangled web of legacy pages, duplicate content and temporary fixes into a clean, high‑performing online experience that drives qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and inbound pathways across key websites.
• Define and optimise website structure, UX and customer journeys for both existing and newly acquired audiences.
• Design and run practical UX and conversion experiments (A/B tests, form tweaks, CTA optimisation).
• Ensure brand transitions are clear and reassuring while preserving trust signals from acquired sites.
• Collaborate with agencies, developers and internal stakeholders to deliver a scalable, maintainable website platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience improving conversion performance for lead‑generation websites.
• Strong commercial judgement with a focus on inbound lead conversion.
• Experience managing multi‑geo or multi‑market website structures.
• Ability to translate business goals into clear website requirements.
• Comfort working with agencies, developers or implementation partners.
