Digital & CRM Executive

About the role

Seiko Australia is looking for a sophisticated and commercially minded Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to strengthen its digital presence and deepen customer engagement across its watch portfolio. Working closely with the marketing team and agency partners, the role delivers integrated digital campaigns, leads CRM and email marketing through HubSpot and uses data-driven insights to improve performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise digital campaigns across paid social, search, display and video.
• Manage HubSpot, customer segmentation, email marketing and automated customer journeys.
• Oversee organic social media planning, scheduling and publishing.
• Partner with external agencies on digital activity aligned with brand objectives.
• Analyse campaign and customer performance and share insights and recommendations.
• Support major product launches, brand campaigns and retail initiatives.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign measurement across key digital platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing and digital performance.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Digital campaign management and email marketing.
