Digital & Creative Specialist

About the role

Sentinel Property Group, a leading Australian property investment manager with over $2 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Digital & Creative Specialist for its growing marketing team. The role is hands-on and high-visibility, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and covers design, video, photography and digital content for Corporate, Funds and Investor Relations, Office and Transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce design, video, photography and digital content that carries the brand across Corporate, Funds and Investor Relations, Office and Transactions.
• Own day-to-day content delivery and sign off routine work so it reaches the market quickly and to standard.
• Design collateral such as leasing brochures, investor materials, presentations and social assets.
• Plan, shoot and edit video and photography, including corporate content, headshots, events and asset imagery.
• Build and send eDMs in HubSpot, including quarterly investor communications for each trust.
• Keep the website current, build landing pages and run LinkedIn and Google Business day to day.
• Review and sign off routine content, and escalate work that needs more attention.
• Report monthly on digital performance and use the data to improve future work.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a digital, content or creative role, in-house or agency.
• Clear, accurate copywriting for corporate and commercial audiences.
• A strong eye for detail, good judgement on escalation and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing video and photography.
• Experience with a website CMS, LinkedIn and email marketing; HubSpot is highly regarded.
