Digital Copywriter (On-Site)

About the role

BAMBRICK, one of Queensland's largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, is looking for a Digital Copywriter to support its work with hundreds of customers across many industries, including well-known Brisbane and Australian brands. The role is office-based in the Brisbane CBD and is open to applicants with digital marketing backgrounds as well as experienced writers who want to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write content for SEO, websites and blogs
• Carry out content, competitor and customer research
• Contribute some direct response and conversion copywriting
• Take part in copywriting and SEO courses to build knowledge and skills

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience or a degree in journalism, marketing, communications or an equivalent field
• Full journalistic understanding of the English language
• Any digital content writing experience
• Ability to work full-time in the Brisbane CBD office
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, comfort with change and openness to feedback

Required skills

• SEO and associated software
• Tech-savviness
