Digital Content Producer

About the role

Australia Post is seeking a Digital Content Producer for an 8‑month fixed‑term contract in Melbourne. You will shape the online experience for millions of Australians by creating, optimizing and managing content across the company’s websites, Online Shop and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, user‑focused digital content for websites, product pages, the Online Shop and other assets.
• Use customer research, analytics and internal data to understand user needs and develop content for different journeys.
• Develop and optimise page experiences to increase engagement, conversion and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data and technology teams, influencing stakeholders and advising on best‑practice digital content.
• Manage content throughout its lifecycle, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant and accessible.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on the customer journey and outcomes.
• Comfortable working at pace, juggling competing priorities and collaborating across the business.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, able to keep work moving while aligning differing views.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
