Digital Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, maintain and optimise customer‑focused content across Suncorp’s digital channels. In this permanent position you will ensure content is accurate, accessible and aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, maintain and optimise content for customer‑facing digital channels using approved tools, including AI‑assisted generation platforms.
• Apply editorial judgement to AI‑assisted outputs and ensure compliance with quality, accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to content quality, readability and freshness, working closely with the Search Insights & Discoverability team.
• Structure content to support search discoverability, citation and reuse in AI‑generated responses, applying EEAT and trust‑signal principles.
• Interpret customer, search and performance insights to drive continuous content improvement.

Required profile

• At least two years’ experience producing or optimising content for customer‑facing digital channels in a regulated or agency environment.
• Proven ability to adapt style and tone across multiple brands and work within content governance frameworks.
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools for content research, drafting and quality review.
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to interpret performance insights.
• Agile planning experience and proficiency with JIRA for workflow management.
