Digital Commerce Account Manager – Woolworths Group

About the role

The Digital Commerce Account Manager is responsible for leading the Woolworths Group digital commerce account across online channels. The role owns the end‑to‑end customer agenda, combining strategic account leadership, joint business planning, trade planning, commercial delivery and digital shelf execution to drive profitable, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Woolworths Digital Commerce relationship as a trusted commercial advisor across Woolworths Online, Cartology, Woolworths at Work and rapid delivery partners.
• Develop and execute the annual Woolworths eCommerce Joint Business Plan, aligning PepsiCo strategic priorities with Woolworths growth ambitions.
• Deliver agreed sales, net revenue, share, volume, margin and investment targets while maintaining strong P&L ownership.
• Lead Perfect Digital Store execution across content, availability, assortment, taxonomy, search visibility, ratings, reviews and conversion metrics.
• Own performance scorecards and reporting, translating sales, digital shelf, media and investment data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience in FMCG, sales, digital commerce or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding commercial targets within e‑commerce, omnichannel retail and grocery environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer P&Ls, trade investment and profitable growth outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
