Digital Affiliate Marketing Manager
OFX · Sydney
Job description
About the role
OFX, a financial operations company headquartered in Sydney, is looking for a commercially minded, performance-driven partnerships manager to own, stabilise and scale its affiliate channel. The role sets the channel's strategy and runs it day to day, with a focus on deepening relationships with existing partners and acquiring new ones across comparison platforms, review sites and digital publishers. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including running the Impact platform, Salesforce partner records and commercial negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Stabilise the existing affiliate book: review partner health, tracking accuracy, commission transparency and contract status, and act as primary relationship owner for key partners
- Run regular performance reviews with existing partners and identify opportunities to optimise partner mix, placement strategy and unit economics
- Evaluate and renegotiate commercial agreements, and champion CPA migration strategies for partners currently paid on upfront fees or impressions
- Own the new partner pipeline end to end, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding through Impact and go-live, including regional partnerships (NA, EMEA, APAC)
- Negotiate commercial models (CPA, rev share, CPL, CPC, hybrid) and design incentive structures such as tiered commissions and performance accelerators
- Manage marketing assets (banners, landing pages, tracking URLs, co-branded content) and maintain a centralised asset repository with a regular refresh cadence
- Lead partner onboarding, including technical integration, brand and compliance briefing, and approval with Legal, Finance, Compliance and CDD
- Own the Impact account, tracking and reporting, and build a tracking architecture beyond basic Partner IDs, including sub-ID and creative-level tracking
- Own the affiliate attribution model and governance, manage disputes, and work with Data and Finance on dashboards and insights
- Define the operating model with the Marketing team and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology
Required profile
- 6-10+ years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance partnerships or digital acquisition roles with measurable revenue responsibility
- Proven track record of stabilising and growing an existing partner base and acquiring new partners
- Experience with comparison sites, review platforms and financial publishers; familiarity with FX, fintech or financial services is a strong plus
- Experience in a regulated environment, including partner compliance and due diligence
