Developer Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Community Manager to act as a credible, technical voice within open‑source and data‑infrastructure communities. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our tools are discussed and trusted by developers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, authentic presence across developer platforms such as Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn, Discord, Stack Overflow, Medium, and GitHub.
• Answer technical questions, share expertise, and contribute to discussions without overt product promotion.
• Identify high‑impact communities and conversations where the product can add value.
• Translate community feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.
• Build relationships with technical creators (bloggers, YouTubers, newsletter authors) in the data and infrastructure space.
• Leverage modern, AI‑assisted tools to scale engagement while preserving technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, orchestration systems, and infrastructure tooling.
• Proven experience influencing developer communities and earning trust.
• Excellent written English; French is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working asynchronously in a remote‑first environment.
