Designer – In‑house Creative Team (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

Join a leading Australian retail brand’s fast‑paced in‑house creative team. As a Designer you will work across print, presentation and digital formats, translating commercial insights into clean, compelling visuals while adhering to strict brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑page publications, B2B presentation decks, POS materials, marketing collateral, web, email and social assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels, managing layout, grid systems and narrative flow.
• Convert complex data and commercial concepts into clear infographics, charts and visual assets.
• Present concepts, flat‑plans, mood boards and final executions to stakeholders, explaining design rationale.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging print, presentation and digital design trends and production techniques.
• Ensure compliance with pre‑press specifications, presentation standards, the SPAM Act and accessibility requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and flagging potential blockers proactively.

Required profile

• Comfortable presenting ideas and design rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate and communicate potential issues.
• Effective collaborator with commercial, marketing, copywriting and other cross‑functional teams.

Required skills
