Designer – 3‑Month Contract (2 positions)

About the role

You will join a purpose‑led financial services organisation within a high‑performing marketing team based in Barangaroo, Sydney. The role is a 3‑month contract (with a likely extension) offering a hybrid work model of office days and 2–3 days of remote work. You will create engaging, brand‑aligned creative across both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design assets for digital channels including eDMs, web banners and social media.
• Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers and signage to finished‑art standards.
• Interpret briefs and deliver creative that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, digital and brand teams.
• Apply strong typography, layout and design principles across all outputs.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront to manage workflow and production.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a design role within agency or client‑side environments.
• Proven experience delivering both digital and print design.
• Ability to work to brand guidelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Workfront (or similar project‑management tools).
