Design Assistant – Fashion & Lingerie

About the role

We are looking for a Design Assistant to join the Bras N Things design team, supporting the creation of on‑trend, innovative and commercially strong lingerie ranges. The role offers the chance to work closely with design, buying and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end design process, including CAD creation, tech packs and range development.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep a pulse on trends.
• Manage samples, colour trackers and administrative tasks across the critical path.
• Collaborate with design, buying and cross‑functional teams to bring ranges to life.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in lingerie or fashion design.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a Design Assistant role.
• Detail‑obsessed, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• CAD software proficiency.
• Intermediate Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills.
• Mac OS capability.
