Deputy Head of Campus – Tyabb

About the role

The Deputy Head of Campus at the Tyabb campus will partner with the Head of Campus to translate college strategy into effective daily operations. This senior leadership position ensures that teachers, students and families have the structures, resources and processes needed to thrive in a values‑based Christian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational, relational and systems leadership across educational, pastoral and operational dimensions.
• Embed the Flinders Way and align campus practices with college-wide policies.
• Support high‑quality teaching and learning through resource planning and process improvement.
• Oversee wellbeing, compliance and daily operational systems.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate with staff, students and the broader community.

Required profile

• Demonstrated authentic Christian faith and commitment to the college’s purpose, vision and values.
• Proactive in translating strategy into practice with clarity and discipline.
• Ability to co‑design accountable, growth‑focused practices across teaching, learning and wellbeing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage warmly with staff, students and families.
