About the role
Our client, a global non‑bank lender, is seeking a highly skilled Deputy CFO to join the senior leadership team and help shape the firm’s financial strategy, operations and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of the annual budget, long‑term forecasts and cash‑flow management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Engage with external auditors, regulators and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modelling and integration planning.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of financial management, statutory accounts and tax audits.
- Proven leadership experience in the financial services sector.
