Dental Administration Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Dental Administration Assistant to join our Envision – Wembley team. This full‑time, fixed‑term position runs from mid‑August 2024 until the end of 2027, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Process online dental scan orders through the ORAD platform.
• Enter and manage patient data accurately across multiple systems.
• Make outbound calls, generate reports and support back‑office activities as directed.
• Assist with PACS, clinical trial documentation and dental work‑up processes.
• Prioritise tasks independently while maintaining high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
• Flexibility to work within the 6:30 am – 6:30 pm shift window.
• Previous experience in a dental or broader healthcare setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new databases and systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ORAD dental ordering system.
• Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
• High level of computer literacy and accurate data‑entry capability.
