Demand Planner

About the role

Wilson Sporting Goods is looking for a commercially minded, insights-driven Demand Planner to join its Operations team, reporting to the Demand Planning Lead. The role leads demand planning and forecasting and plays a key part in shaping inventory outcomes and supporting business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts using data, trends and commercial inputs
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and volatility to drive improvements
• Lead and contribute to an effective, insight-led S&OP process
• Provide scenarios, risks and recommendations to support business decisions
• Support inventory optimisation and OTB planning with forward-looking insights
• Partner with D2C, B2B and Operations teams to improve inventory flow and availability
• Maintain strong data integrity across systems and planning tools
• Deliver clear reporting and turn data into actionable insights

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in demand planning, forecasting or a similar supply chain role
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management and S&OP principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Solid business and financial acumen
