Delivery Driver / Inwards Goods - Jandakot

About the role

Reece HVAC is looking for a Delivery Driver / Inwards Goods person for its Jandakot branch. As part of the HVAC team, you will help builders and other tradespeople get the products they need for their projects, and carry out other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and give customers information about products
• Provide quotes in person and by phone
• Carry out pick-and-pack and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Required profile

• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Forklift licence and/or MR licence, or willingness to obtain one (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers in person and by phone
• Wishes to develop their career locally, within the network or at head office

Required skills

• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information given is accurate
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
